When Claire contacted us all the way from Oklahoma, she explained her love for New Orleans and how nostolgic the old oak trees were to her. She had spent lots of time as a child in Louisiana, and was coming to New Orleans for a dear friend’s wedding, and wanted to take her engagements in the Big Easy. We met up with her and James at Cafe du Monde, and it was like we had known them for years. After a fun stroll through the streets of the French Quarter, we stopped by their favorite place to stay and grabbed a few photos before they got dressed up to head over to City Park. As we walked up to those giant, mossy oak trees, we could see their eyes light up with peaceful bliss.
The love these two share is so sweet and undeniable. It was such a pleasure to capture this for them. We hope to see them again one day, and we wish them all of the luck in thier future. We can’t wait to hear where their wedding destination will be!
