Originally we discussed starting Jade and Cullen’s engagement session and the great Lagniappe Records because love of music is something that that the two of them share together. But, as fate would have it, Lagniappe Records was closed that day so we had to come up with a plan B quickly. Our first thought was the cutest coffee shop just right down the road. Reve’ Coffee Roasters has just renovated and is the cutest (and most delicious) coffee shop in town. It was the perfect spot to grab a coffee and chat with Jade and Cullen a bit before hitting the streets of Downtown Lafayette.
After coffee we walked back to their car where Jade’s parents had so kindly been waiting with their cute pup, Bane. Bane was so excited to see his people. With his cute little bow tie in place, he sat so well for the perfect family photos. After taking him for a short walk and a few more photos, we dropped him back off and headed to the top of the parking tower (of course stopping along the way at all of the neat spots : )
As the sun was setting it provided that perfect orange glow, or maybe it’s just Jade and Cullen’s sweet love for each other that was shinning through. Either way, these two are just perfect together! I think it’s pretty obvious from these photos that the two of them find so much comfort in each other, and are so happy to know that they will continue to have that for many more years!
Congrats Jade and Cullen! You guys are such a pleasure to know, and we can’t wait to spend the next few months getting to know y’all even better. You’re wedding day will be magical!
