Who says video games are bad???
If it weren’t for video games, we may have never met these two! Seth and David met online a few years ago playing a video game. Then oddly enough, Seth became a wine sales representative and I would see him weekly while working. (Seems like we were destined to know him lol) After a few years of knowing Seth, we started to hear about this wonderful woman who had stolen his heart, pretty much immediately after they met.
Since she lived about an hour away, we were never able to have the pleasure of actually meeting her. Well, one day when I saw Seth he mentioned to me that he was ready to call Darcee his wife. I was so excited, and couldn’t help but to give him all kinds of ideas on how to propose. He knew that he wanted it to be something fun and unique, just like the two of them. He decided to take her kayaking at Lake Martin. Something the two of them had been wanting to do together. So, while the two love birds had a nice beautiful paddle around Lake Martin, we set up a romantic picnic for them. Candles, flowers, pillows, cheese, chocolate, and champagne, it was so dreamy! Once Seth lead her down the path of rose petals to the picnic, we were there to capture the whole proposal as it unfolded. It was truly a fairytale.
It was after this sweet moment that we finally met Darcee, and she is every bit as beautiful and sweet as Seth had described.
What a joy it was to be there for that perfect moment, and what an honor it is to Photograph their engagements and their unfolding story. We can’t wait to share even more of their special moments with them!
