Absence makes the heart grow fonder. It also makes it tough to take nice photos together. When we met Tracy she explained that Stuart has been working away for quite some time now, and that they don’t really have any nice photos of themselves together. So an engagement shoot was an absolute must for them!
Tracy wanted to take the engagement photos at her parents home in Youngsville where she grew up, the place where she has made so many heartfelt memories. After meeting Stuart and seeing them together, it was obvious that time apart has only made them closer! We all sat inside and chatted for a bit. The soothing sound of rain and a bottle of bubbly made for a relaxing and fun time. We love getting to know our couples, and engagement shoots are one of the best ways to do so. This way when it’s time for their big day, we’re like family, the couple is used to the cameras, and they can just be themselves. It not only makes the day that much more fun, but it allows the photos to tell their story so genuinely.
