When we first met Breanne and Ray at our studio, we knew they were going to be a fun couple to work with. They were both so laid back and friendly. (Not to mention, we knew they’d be super photogenic.) We talked for a good hour or so, and in talking to them we learned that Breanne has a very large family…10 siblings to be exact, so we knew this wedding was going to be a blast. A big family party!
We hadn’t shot a wedding at The Crossing in Rayne, so it was an exciting challenge for us, and boy were we in for a surprise! This jewel of a place was just gorgeous! From the antique wood floors, walls, and ceilings, to the original exposed brick, and wood beams. The space was large and airy, and it had just the perfect rustic vibe that fit the couple so well! The bridal suite was even perfect; equipped with two hair and make up stations, and great natural light…a photographers dream!
The ceremony was beautiful, and the looks that these two gave each other were darling! Seeing the way Ray looked at Breanne when he first saw her (unable to hold back the tears), gives me chills just thinking about it. What a sweet moment in time that we were so fortunate to capture. One of the many reasons we love what we do!
So needless to say, when you put a beautiful couple in a beautiful place and bring lots of family together, you get really beautiful, fun photos.
