When Taylor & Micheal Face Timed us from California to chat with us about photographing their big day here in Lafayette, we just fell in love with the two of them right away! They are both so sweet and have a love for life and adventure that we totally admire!
Since they have been living out of state, they really wanted to have their engagement session somewhere that really showcased the south, where Taylor grew up. Mouton Plantation is where Taylor & Micheal will be spending the night on their wedding night, so it was super special to them.
We are convinced that they are undercover models, just look how natural they are! That, and the fact that this place is just so quaint and beautiful just made this session a photographer’s dream! We had so much fun drinking a glass of wine and getting to know them better. The only thing more exciting is that we get to photograph their wedding day in a few short weeks!
